Optional pallet wrappers
Each of our machines can include special configurations, such as:
Non-slip metal structure to facilitate the positioning of the pallet on the plate of the semi-automatic stretch wrapper.
Metal structure installed in a pit where the baler will be placed flush with the surface. The frame facilitates the subsequent placement of the baler and gives rigidity to the structure.
The platform of the iHRESS balers can be equipped with a weighing system with a display on the column. Installing a subframe provides greater rigidity and allows the installation of the kit.
The equipment incorporates a set of 6 load cells with a maximum capacity of 300 to 5,000 kg and an accuracy of ± 1 kg. An auto tare software allows us to perform an accurate measurement by discounting the consumption of the consumable coil itself ± 16 Kg.
Enables efficient film dispensing and improved stretch wrapping quality.

Motorized "M" pre-stretch with anti-trapping:
Roller B rotates faster than roller A.
By passing the stretch film between two rollers (A and B) with different speed between them, the film is stretched without shrinking its 500mm height. The most requested ratio is 300%.
Since polyethylene film has a "memory" (after stretching it, it recovers), when a light or unstable load is wrapped without tension, after a few minutes the film's "memory" tightens the load, preventing it from becoming loose or slack.
By stretching the film that originally comes on the reel, we achieve a considerable saving in plastic, which means that in the medium to long term (depending on consumption) the investment in this accessory is recovered and then becomes a profit.
It allows a support for two simultaneous reels or to insert bubble wrap and foam between the load and the film, leaving the product more protected against possible shocks.
